As a major part of its educational seminars, NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) South Suburbs of Chicago will offer Familyto- Family, NAMI’s education course on mental illness.
The 12-week spring class is for family and friends of persons who have mental illnesses. The course will begin on Sunday, Feb. 21, in the offices of Grand Prairie Services, 17746 S. Oak Park Ave., in Tinley Park. Sessions are from 3 to 5 p.m. each Sunday.
The course is free and all materials needed will be provided at no cost. Courses are taught by trained NAMI members who have personally experienced the impact of mental illnesses on their families.

Educational meetings with speakers are held at 7 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month from September through May at the Church of Christ.
